Booking rules for Veeno

 

Table reservations

After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmed booking will generate a number that is required to cancel the reservation online or update us on further information you wish to communicate (e.g. dietary requirements). Tables are selected according to the availability. We cannot guarantee a particular table, please contact the venue directly for any preferences.

 

Booking cancellation

You can cancel an online reservation no later than 4 hours of the reservation date. You can cancel online or by calling the venue directly by phone.

 

Late arrival

Your reservation is kept for 15 minutes after the booking time. Further delay can cause your booking to be cancelled. We recommend contacting the venue directly to forewarn them of any delay.

 

Group bookings

A card authentication or deposit may be required for groups of six or more, depending on the day and time of your enquiry.

 

Responsibility

By reserving a table, you agree to assume full responsibility of the information provided and its accuracy.

 

Privacy and data protection

Veeno will not transfer or distribute your personal information to third parties, if that is not required by law. By booking online, you agree to sign up to Veeno’s newsletter and occasionally get our news. You can unsubscribe in seconds.

Data privacy

When using your personal data we promise:

  • We will take proper care of your data and will treat it like our own.

  • We will only use your data to deliver and improve the Veeno experience.

  • We will not send you spam. Only you decide what and how you hear from us.

  • We won’t keep your data longer than we need it.
